Our Red Terra is washed in local red wine made from grapes grown in our Limestone Coast region’s famous Terra Rossa soil. Corynebacterium ripening cultures accompany the wine, encouraging the distinctive sticky orange surface.

True to the style, the cheese is unapologetically pungent and robust in flavour. As it ages, Red Terra develops an intensely savoury and complex flavour and soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture, making for a memorable eating experience.
