Nora Creina is our take on this French classic, handmade on our little farm using rich milk from our small herd of Jersey cows. Heirloom cultures and traditional techniques promote a delicate, aromatic rind and complex flavour. Ripening to become fruity, pungent and molten.

This rustic cheese derives its name from the beautiful bay of Nora Creina, down the road from Robe Dairy.
