Camembert has been made for over two centuries, yet it wasn’t until the 1970s that a pure white rind became standard. Our Guichen Bay owes its striking grey bloom and unconventional good looks to heirloom cultures (not ash) and our farm’s beautiful Jersey milk. Delicate in flavour, with notes of fresh mushroom.

The cheese’s namesake, Guichen Bay, is home to the quaint fishing town of Robe on South Australia’s stunning Limestone Coast.

Cheese. Milk. Yoghurt. Made on our little farm.
